Change 25.7 Release Notes

This is a preview of the upcoming release. General release is available starting 25-AUG-2025.

  • Vendor grid in issue details – The Vendors section has been added to the Issue Details page. This section lets you quickly associate vendors to an issue without having to price it. You can enter multiple vendors before you have pricing information, and then after pricing, you can select a specific vendor and push it to the cost item. ClosedRead more

To associate vendors to an issue, click the Add vendor icon in the Vendors section. The Select vendor dialog box opens with a list of all vendors that have contracts on the project. You can then select one or more vendors and click Add.

The vendors are then added to the Vendors section. When you are ready to price the issue, select a vendor, and then click Push to cost item pricing. A dialog box shows the contracts associated with the vendors and associated WBS phase codes.

Select one or more WBS phase codes, and then click Add. A cost item is added to the Pricing page in the vendor section for each vendor. You can then add pricing or associate the cost item to a new or existing vendor change order. The Vendor pricing items also show on the Pricing summary page. The item cannot be deleted from the Pricing summary.

When a vendor is associated to a vendor change order, you cannot delete the vendor from the Vendors section. You also cannot delete vendors added from the cost item pricing page.

If you have pushed a vendor to cost item pricing by mistake and want to remove it, you must remove the cost item pricing item from the Pricing page and then remove the vendor from the Pricing summary. The vendor is then automatically removed from the Details page.

  • New look for Issue, PCO, and CCO log pages – The Issue, PCO, and CCO logs have been updated with a new look and enhanced column management features. Performance when loading or scrolling has also been improved with the new layout. ClosedRead more

Each column on the log has search and filtering capabilities to help you quickly find the issue, PCO, or CCO you need.

The Column chooser on each page has been replaced with the Column section builder. The Column section builder lets you arrange columns by either using the directional arrows or with drag-and-drop editing. You can also move columns to and from the locked section.

New Transfer all to and Transfer all from directional arrows let you move all fields between the Available columns and Selected columns panels.

If you want to go back to the original column arrangement, you can click the Reset to default button.

You can also drag and drop columns on the Pricing page if you need to arrange columns quickly without using the Column section builder.

  • Assigned to setting now includes PCO and CCO – The project setting Notifications > Notify Assigned to persons has been updated to include persons identified as responsible parties in PCOs and CCOs. Anyone who is assigned to a PCO or CCO will receive the email notification once a day at the time specified in the setting.

  • Assigned to column for PCO and CCO – The Assigned to column has been added to the PCO and CCO registers. The assigned to information comes from the Responsible parties section of the PCO or CCO Details page.

  • Release 25.9 Pricing summary editing – Starting with Release 25.9, pricing items on the Pricing summary tab will only be editable in the location where they were added. For example, Issue pricing summary items can be edited in the original issue but will not be editable on a PCO or CCO. PCO pricing items can be edited in the PCO but will not be editable in a CCO.
